GB News presenter Eamonn Holmes sparked speculation about his relationship with wife Ruth Langsford last week after telling fans he had "loads to think about."

But the pair appear determined to quash any rumours. North Belfast man Eamonn took to Instagram on May 10 to share a memorable photo of Ruth and himself.

He reposted an image from Entertainment Press Photographer Brett Cove who posted it on his story, featuring the veteran This Morning presenters. The caption accompanying the anniversary flashback read: "MEMORIES 10 May 2018. The best in the business... @ruthlangsford @eamonnholmes."

This is the first image Eamonn has posted with Loose Women host Ruth for some weeks, which previously caused concern amongst fans as they had not been spotted publicly for some time, causing people to speculate, reports the Express.

The TV presenter's contemplative post accentuated these fears. The monochrome photo showed Eamonn resting his head on his hands, accompanied by the cryptic text: "A lot to think about...one of those days."

Just a few days before this, followers also questioned Ruth's absence from Eamonn's latest family photo. Earlier, on Sunday, the proud broadcaster had shared adorable pictures from the christening of his grandchildren Emilia and Isabella - the daughters of son Declan and daughter-in-law Jenny.

The post sparked curiosity among followers, with one querying, "Where is your wife Eamonn Holmes? " Yet, numerous fans speculated that Ruth might have been present but not captured in the photo with Eamonn. Now, it appears Eamonn is quashing any speculation with his latest update on social media.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2010, were co-hosts on ITV's This Morning from 2006 to 2021.
