East Kilbride kept themselves in the Pyramid play-off with a leveller in a game they dominated at K-Park.

They have it all to do again at Stair Park next Saturday, to see who will be in League Two next season.

Andy Stirling put Kilby on their way in 32 minutes, but Stranraer levelled in first-half stoppage time through Sean McIntosh.

Craig Ross gave Stranraer the lead on the hour-mark, but John Robertson levelled with a rocket shot 10 minutes later.

Kilby will rue missed chances in the first half, with Joao Balde caught offside a number of times, while Robertson was wasteful with finishing.

However, Robertson did set up the East Kilbride goal.

Stranraer caught the EK rear-guard napping, but showed character to come back and level.

Ross and Robertson struck to put the tie into 2-2, but it was otherwise much the same, in terms of chances missed.

EK boss Mick Kennedy made two changes to the side that beat Tranent 3-0 back on April 20. Goalkeeper Chris Truesdale replaced Lyle Avci, while Calvin McGrory came in for Kai Montagu.

Stranraer gaffer Scott Agnew kept faith with the side that beat Stenhousemuir 3-0 last weekend.

East Kilbride started well and John Robertson sent Dylan MacDonald down the right in six minutes, but his cross was well taken by Lewis Budinauckas.

Stranraer's Dylan Forrest forced a decent save from Truesdale in eight minutes.

Robert Thomson's header forced a save from Budinauckas in 21 minutes.

Thomson should have done better than blast over in 23 minutes after good set-up play by MacDonald.

Andy McDonald crossed for MacDonald in 25 minutes, but he headed wide of the right post.

Joao Balde was sent through on goal in 28 minutes and beat the offside trap well, but saw his shot blocked by Budinauckas.

Kilby took the lead in 32 minutes when Robertson made his way down the right and his cut-back was finished into the left corner by Stirling.

Robertson tried a cheeky shot in 35 minutes that Budinauckas did well to parry at the near post.

James Dolan tried his luck with a curling effort for Stranraer in 41 minutes that skidded past the right post.

Balde was sent through moments later and forced a good save from Budinauckas at the right post.

But Stranraer levelled inside first-half stoppage time when Sean McIntosh smashed in a shot via the right post

Calvin McGrory and Stiirling had efforts early in the second half as East Kilbride tried to regain their lead.

Stranraer took the lead on the hour-mark when Craig Ross headed home, after his initial shot had been parried onto the bar from a dangerous free kick.

McDonald's cross was met by Balde in 68 minutes, but Budinauckas made another top save to deny him.

Sub Tiwi Darmola was sent through on gooal in 69 minutes but his shot was partially blocked by Budinauckas, before it was cleared off the line by Ross.

But East Kilbride levelled in 71 minutes when Robertson raced down the right, turned, and smashed an unstoppable shot into the left corner.
