Will Whitney stop Gray’s wedding?

Also set to get married on the same day are Denise and Jack, a couple who – on the surface, at least – are in a much more stable place than Chelsea and Gray. But as the ceremonies are about to get underway, both women are left waiting for their respective partners to show up. So, will either wedding end up going ahead?
Janine kisses Mick
Janine will spend the festive period trying to get Mick all to herself and, on Christmas Day, will be seen readily agreeing when the Queen Vic landlord invites her downstairs for a friendly drink. Taking advantage of the situation, Janine then ends up kissing him under the mistletoe!
The following morning, Janine schemes to get Nancy away from the scene and manages to convince Zack that Nancy still likes him and so he should ask her out. But it seems as though Mick isn’t as smitten with Janine as she is with him – and, by the 27th he’s making a pledge to bring his family back together.
But there’s no guarantee that Linda wants to talk to Mick and, on New Year’s Eve, tensions are running high at the pub, with Nancy telling Janine to pack her bags and then issuing her dad with a shock ultimatum.
Sharon spoils Kat’s Christmas
The Slaters are all left baffled when Sharon shows up at their house for Christmas dinner. Probably because Phil had failed to tell them beforehand that she was to be a guest.
And as the day progresses, Kat can’t help but get progressively more annoyed as Phil and Sharon start to reminisce about times past. Stacey, though, ends up putting a stop to this trip down memory lane when she takes a look out of the window and is left shocked by what she sees.
Later in the week, Phil is left delighted when he’s granted some time with Raymond. But fans can expect the atmosphere to sour and for Denise to end up issuing Phil with a stern warning. And by New Year’s Eve, Kat is left panicked when she realises that Phil is definitely up to something…
Rocky is blackmailed
The last thing Rocky wants is for Kathy to invite Sandy round for dinner, but she insists that it’s the right thing to do.
And so, throughout the day, Rocky is on edge as Sandy teases him, relishing the power she has over him. And when Rocky tries to appeal to her better nature, Sandy just ends up blackmailing him.
So, as tensions rise, will the truth about Rocky be revealed? And is Sonia about to get a Christmas she’ll remember for all the wrong reasons?
