EastEnders fans think they know who Ted Murray shot

It's all kicking off in EastEnders this week.

Lives were already hanging in the balance on Albert Square following a gas explosion, but the cliffhanger to Tuesday's episode revealed that another person is fighting for their life – the victim of a shooting by Ted Murray (Christopher Timothy).

Ted struggles to deal with the explosion, and takes his gun out for protection.

Unfortunately, in a panic, he ends up shooting somebody innocently approaching the house. The episode did not reveal who got shot, instead only showing a silhouette.

Fans, however, have been predicting who the victim is, and one common name going around is Johnny Carter (Ted Reilly).

For starters, the silhouette does indeed look suspiciously like Johnny.
