EastEnders' Kim Fox to have panic attack before court case

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders' Kim Fox will suffer with panic attacks in the lead-up to her court case next week.

Kim, played by Tameka Empson, is facing charges of dangerous driving, in the wake of the car accident that left Denzel Danes in a critical condition.

As Walford's Coronation celebrations begin, Kim and Felix take to the stage with a Dusty Springfield performance.

With her stress levels high, Kim worries when she can't see stepson Denzel in the crowd.

On the evening before her court case, she then has a panic attack when she's asked to drive for a work errand.

Her stepson later makes her promise to tell partner Howie what's going on but he is still frosty towards her after the accident that injured his son.

After suffering another attack, Kim prepares herself for court and is touched to see Howie and Denzel waiting for her.

Kim’s solicitor reassures her she has nothing to worry about, but the verdict leaves everyone speechless.

Kim refuses to talk to Howie about what's happened, and Denzel seeks help from Amy on how to get Kim to open up.

The concerned teenagers gently encourage Kim to talk about what she's going through, and a touched Kim eventually agrees to seek medical help.
