The photo received plenty of love from his followers, with one commenting, "Gorgeous photo", and another writing, "Cuties".

The couple appear to have got together over the summer, with McGarty speaking publicly about her new relationship for the first time in September when she shared a snap of herself and Bracken attending a wedding together.

Bracken, who is part of Irish band Blessed, shared a birthday tribute to his girlfriend earlier this month, posting a photo of the couple kissing on Instagram and calling McGarty "The Most Amazing, Beautiful, Kind, Funniest, Kind-Hearted Person I Know", adding, "You Are My World".

McGarty previously dated her EastEnders co-star Max Bowden, who plays Ben Mitchell, and the actress confirmed following their split that their friendship was "actually better than ever" and that they are "in such a good place" after the break-up.

It was confirmed over the summer that McGarty is leaving her role as Whitney after 15 years in the soap, with the actress saying, "I have decided to spread my wings and will be leaving EastEnders".

She is expected to appear on screen until early 2024.

EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
