EastEnders has released official teaser spoilers for Jay and Lola's final storyline.
The couple will take centre stage in poignant scenes later this month as Lola's health continues to deteriorate.
Lola recently learned that she had stopped responding to treatment and was given just six months to live.
Sadly, things will take another worrying turn in episodes airing later in May, leading to Lola receiving more devastating news from the doctors.
As Lola reels from the latest turn of events, it prompts her to make a big decision.
The new teaser spoilers suggest that this involves Lola and Jay later enjoying an eventful day at the seaside.
Danielle Harold and Jamie Borthwick, who play Lola and Jay respectively, were spotted filming these scenes on location last month.
Lola could be seen in a wheelchair with Jay pushing her on the beach in front of some choppy waves.
Further paparazzi pictures have since shown the cast and crew filming Lola's funeral, suggesting that the seaside scenes could be some of her last.
Meanwhile, the spoilers also reveal how Elaine and Linda will be forced to deal with the fallout of the changes at the Queen Vic.
Elsewhere, Stacey battles with a difficult decision, and Martin unknowingly reassures Stacey as she pursues her new money-making venture.

Lola makes a decision after receiving some devastating news, Martin unknowingly reassures Stacey, and Kim struggles to cope with recent events.
Thursday, May 18 – 7.30pm
Lola and Jay enjoy an eventful day at the seaside.
