New treatment option for Lola?
Ben is struggling to accept Lola’s prognosis and leaves a message for Dr Washington requesting help to ensure that she remain alive until at least September. And on Thursday, he meets with the physician to discuss a new treatment option in America. But will Kathy and Callum be able to force Ben to accept the reality of Lola’s situation?
As for Lola herself – she’s feeling particularly low as her speech has become increasingly slurred. And as the reality of her prognosis sets in, Lola refuses to see Janet and William – a decision that leaves Honey struggling with her complex emotions about the situation.
But comfort for Lola comes in the form of Reverend Mills, who pays a visit to share her religious views on death.
