Strongman Eddie Hall is preparing to face two brothers at the same time when he makes his MMA debut in a '2v1 freak fight' tonight. The Clayton colossus - who took the title of World's Strongest Man in 2017 - will step into the cage for his first fight on Friday, June 7.

The bout takes place at the King Georges Hall, in Blackburn - with the ring walks expected from 11pm tonight. The fight will be screened live on Vimeo PPC via the Vimeo app. The pay-per-view fight is available for £14.99.

The Beast will face off against the Neffati Brothers - Jamil and Jamel - who together weigh less than Eddie. While Eddie, 36, stands at 6ft2in and tips the scales at more than 300lbs, the Neffati Brothers, who claim to be 5ft3in, are just 145lbs each. The contest will take place over three rounds.

The news comes after Eddie's planned MMA debut against Mitchell Hooper or Brian Shaw was canned earlier this year after talks suddenly broke down. He crossed over to boxing in 2022 but was beaten in a super-heavyweight exhibition against rival Hafthor 'Thor' Bjornsson, 35, best known for playing the Mountain in Game of Thrones.
