An innovative burger company from Edinburgh has announced it is moving across the M8 to Glasgow.

Ketchup, who are known for their smashed steak patties (with a 60/40 chuck and brisket recipe) and choice of sauces, already have a successful takeaway in Edinburgh, with one more soon to follow and are now coming to our fair city.

Taking to Instagram, the team posted: "It’s time for us to KETCHUP Glasgow. Delivery and collection."

They revealed they will be opening this month from the kitchen of the Grosvenor Cafe in Ashton Lane, with the date set for June 13, which is great news for fans of tasty burger creations.

Well known for their in-house sauces, hence the name, the team say they are serious about Ketchups, adding: "We're all about the Sauce cause what's a dinner without a dip?"

Fans can look forward to adding the likes of their in-house ketchup, smokey BBQ, pineapple and beetroot, ranch, Katsu and sriracha hot honey.

The burgers also come with a range of fries including chilli cheese, pulled pork, katsu, salt & chilli, hot honey and extra crispy.

And that's not all, they have hard milkshakes featuring Glasgow's own Panther M*lk, as well as a range of tasty dessert shakes.

You can find out more and view their menu on their website. We can't wait to try them out!
