Families in Edinburgh are set for the return of a popular children's festival.

The events are held by Imaginate - a national organisation which aims to develop and celebrate theatre for children and young people. Children in the capital can enjoy interactive performances, dance, poetry and more.

It'll kick off with a day at the National Museum of Scotland, with free events for families.
