Edinburgh St James Quarter cafe named city's 'most Instagrammable' closes its doors

A cafe in Edinburgh that was labeled as being one of the 'most Instagrammable' spots for Influencers, has suddenly closed.

EL&N is a pink paradise and opened up on December 9 2022 in the St James Quarter after successful cafes around the world the likes of London and Dubai.

However, disappointed locals were surprised to see that the doors suddenly closed after just over a year.

On Google, it states that the cafe is permanently closed and EL&N have issued an update.

However, fans of the cafe needn't fear as EL&N told Edinburgh Live that it is a 'temporary closure' as they will be relocating. A new location has yet to be confirmed.

Known for their signature Barbie dreamhouse-like decor, the cafe is branded as an ‘Instagram paradise’, with displays and feature walls supposed to be the ideal spot for a fun and unique snap.

EL&N offer a variety of speciality items on their menus including hot chocolates, latte's and cakes, as well as offering brunch options, main courses and afternoon tea.
