Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade just got married, and rap royalty was in attendance
Eminem's daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, got married this weekend to her fiancé, Evan McClintock.
The "modestly sized" wedding had some A-listers in attendance, like 50 Cent and Dr. Dre.
TMZ published photos of the event, including a dance she shared with her famous dad.
"My baby girl keeps getting older," Eminem rapped in "Hailie's Song," released in 2002. "I watch her grow up with pride."
Over two decades later, Eminem watched with pride as his daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, got married.
Scott tied the knot over the weekend with Evan McClintock at Greencrest Manor in Michigan. The couple began dating in 2016 and got engaged last February.
Scott shared a collection of photos from the ceremony on Instagram, writing in the caption, "Waking up a wife this week."
"We couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration," she continued. "So so many happy tears were shed, laughs & smiles were had, & so much love was felt. Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family & friends that traveled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband & wife."
Though TMZ called the event "modestly sized" and meant for close friends and family, Scott's wedding reportedly included A-list guests like 50 Cent and Dr. Dre, both longtime friends and collaborators of Eminem, who signed to Dre's label Aftermath Entertainment in 1998.
Eminem fans know Scott as the featured artist on "My Dad's Gone Crazy" (recorded when she was 6 years old) and the subject of tracks like "Mockingbird" and "Hailie's Song." Now 28, Scott is a social media influencer and host of the "Just A Little Shady" podcast, a nod to her dad's rap alter-ego Slim Shady.
TMZ published additional photos from the event — including one of Scott sharing a dance with her dad, who wore a classic tuxedo and black sunglasses — all credited to Erika Christine Photography on Instagram. However, the post appears to have been deleted.
