Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale has kicked off Cain Dingle's mysterious new storyline.
Cain has something dodgy cooked up with brother Caleb, after they recently made peace once again. The brothers originally fell out when Cain realised Caleb was trying to steal Home Farm from Kim Tate.
Later, Caleb tried to make it up to Cain by secretly funnelling business to the garage through his car service, but ended up getting them both embroiled with a local crime boss.
Now, Cain has come up with some kind of trip he has asked Caleb to take with him, though the exact reasons remain unclear.
In Tuesday's (September 12) episode, Chas immediately realised Cain was up to something when she spotted her brother on the phone, huddled in the corner of the pub. Once she was out of range, Cain quietly told Caleb they'd have to leave the following day, so his half-brother would need to come up with an excuse for being out of town.
"I can do that," Caleb promised.
Cain encouraged Caleb to tell Moira that his sudden trip was something to do with a new contract, where Cain would need to come along to help.
Noticing Chas watching him from the bar, Caleb grumbled: "Too many noisy people and this goes nowhere, none of it. Or else, it all falls apart."
As Cain went to leave the Woolpack, Chas stopped her brother and warned him she was keeping an eye on him.
"Whatever it is [you are up to], keep our brother out of it," she demanded.
Will Cain heed Chas's warning… and what exactly is he up to?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
