Emmerdale spoilers with Tom King twist, horror collapse and exit 'sealed'

Emmerdale viewers are set for plenty of twists and turns next week as the soap will air some big scenes.

The upcoming episodes will involve secrets exposed, possible exits and a shock collapse as a character is rushed to hospital.

Elsewhere, Tom King is finally sparking enough suspicion for someone to realise all is not right with him and Belle Dingle. As viewers Tom has been gaslighting and emotionally and physically abusing his wife Belle, next week, he will take his plan a step further as he makes plans to move her to the remote Welsh countryside.

Here are some spoiler viewers can look forward to for next week.

Caleb exit sealed?

Caleb Miligan finds himself caught out by an angry and grieving Charles and it could lead to a downfall. Viewers know that Charles' son Ethan Anderson was killed in a recent episode, days after a hit and run. The Mirror reports.

The driver was Caleb's wife Ruby Miligan who was avenging her son Nicky, who was injured and left for dead in a crash caused by Ethan the previous month. Ruby and Caleb believe they are in the clear though, after Ethan's cause of death confirmed it was not the hit and run that caused him to die.

But spoilers for next week reveal the moment evidence stacks up against Caleb and an exit could be on the way.

With Charles still struggling after Ethan's loss, Caleb feels the need to lend a shoulder to cry on despite his link to what happened. Charles accompanies Caleb back home, to Ruby’s alarm as she fears they are getting too close despite her also being a support to him recently.

The next morning, Charles thanks Caleb for his hospitality after staying the night with Caleb hiding what he knows. But when Charles spills coffee on a rug and goes to clean it, he notices and takes an intriguing invoice.

It seems he makes an alarming discovery as later that day, Charles insists on giving Caleb a lift into Hotten. Caleb is uneasy about it but the lift is accepted, only for Charles to become emotional and pull over.

Soon he sets off through the woods, and Caleb follows him out of concern. Charles questions the hit and run case being dropped, with Caleb trying his best to comfort him - only to be left puzzled when Charles' demeanour changes.

Charles soon questions him over Ethan’s death, and as Caleb tries to return to the car he is stopped by an increasingly angry Charles, who produces the invoice he had found earlier. He states it suggests Caleb’s involvement in the hit and run - but what will Caleb say and will he be forced to leave?

Tom King 'rumbled'

Next week, Tom King makes yet another sinister plan. In upcoming scenes, Belle begins to panic as Charity, Chas, Mandy and Lydia question her on her relationship with Tom.

Charity senses something isn't right and she pushes Belle to tell her what’s really going on. However, Belle is angered by their incessant questioning and storms out. Later, Charity finds Belle upset outside The Woolpack, where she kindly asks her once more to open up.

Belle tears up as it looks as though she's about to open up but she soon spots Tom and she shoves Charity away, fleeing home in a panic. It's not long until Charity is left utterly baffled when Tom shuts down her pursuit of Belle and insists his wife is struggling with her mental health.

Back home, Tom's face turns cold as he makes more sinister plans and takes a phone call, where he confirms he wants to interview for a job in Wales. Later on he has an online interview and is reminded that the job he's applying for is in a very remote part of Wales.

In yet another worrying twist, Tom lies to the interviewer and claims that Belle would be delighted to move there. Later, Tom puts his sinister plan in action as he offers to take Belle on holiday, suggesting a remote cottage to which Belle warms to the idea. Will Tom go through with his plan or will Charity rumble him before it's too late?

Hospital dash

In upcoming scenes, Laurel Thomas will confront husband Jai Sharma about his and Eric Pollard's suspicious behaviour. Soap fans will recall that Eric is blackmailing Jai over what happened with his biological father, Amit, earlier in the year. Jai made Amit leave the village and he also made him cut other son, Suni, out of any ownership of the HOP, signing over all the shares to just him.

In spoilers for next week, Jai admits to Laurel that he can’t face telling his brother Suni the truth, leaving Laurel furious. It's not long until their argument becomes heated and Jai insults Laurel's late husband, Ashley Thomas, who died in 2017, as she sends him away.

Once alone, Laurel feels dizzy following Jai's harsh words and betrayal to which she collapses on the floor. Laurel is left frightened and barely able to move with her phone ringing out but she's unable to reach it. Thankfully, Laurel is found by stepdaughter Gabby Thomas.
