Emmerdale viewers ‘work out’ Tom King’s downfall as Belle Dingle confronted on abuse

Emmerdale viewers are convinced that they have figured out Tom King’s downfall as Wendy begins to get concerned for pregnant Belle.

Last night Tom was not happy with Belle after Cain lashed out at him for selling Belle’s car. Once he got home it didn’t take long for him to confront his wife and accused her of turning everyone against him.

Things were about to take a turn for the worse so Belle felt forced to reveal that she is pregnant to stop Tom from physically hitting her.

Belle looked worried as later begged Tom not to tell anyone. Tom looked baffled as he questioned why. Belle explained that she wanted to make sure everything was fine before telling her friends and family.

During tonight’s episode of the ITV hit soap, Tom was in the café with Rhona and he didn’t keep his secret as he went on to tell Rhona that Belle was pregnant.

Nicola overheard the conversation and she went on to pass on the news to Jimmy who was also in the café. As they began to celebrate, Belle watched in and she was left heartbroken when she discovered that Tom had broken her trust again.

Tom claimed that he was to excited to keep it to himself. The couple later went to see nurse Wendy to make sure everything was ok with the baby.

Wendy noticed that Belle wasn’t herself and her suspicions grew when Tom asked to have access to Belle’s appointment information.

It was clear that Wendy could feel that something wasn’t right so she claimed that Tom had to leave the room so she could get Belle ready for the appointment alone.

At first Tom was reluctant to leave but Wendy insisted that he couldn’t be in the room. Once he left, Wendy wasted no time and asked Belle if everything was ok.

Unfortunately Belle didn’t reveal the truth about her abusive relationship and claimed that she was upset becauseTom told everyone about her pregnancy.

Despite her lie, viewers watching at home noticed the look on Wendy’s face and they think she is onto Tom.
