Emmerdale's Jacob Gallagher and Victoria Barton reach a turning point in their relationship next week.
The secret couple make a big decision following the sudden departure of Jacob's dad David Metcalfe.
Monday's episode (November 27) saw David finally uncover the truth about Jacob's secret romance with Victoria.
In the coming days, viewers will see David choose to leave the village as he struggles to process the news – as well as some other discoveries that he makes.

Next week, Victoria is unable to resist the chemistry between her and Jacob following David's departure.
Jacob tries to convince Victoria that life would be much easier for them if they stopped keeping their relationship under wraps.
Much to Jacob's delight, Victoria agrees that this is the best decision for their future – but how will everyone react to the truth about their connection?
Speaking to Inside Soap about Jacob and Victoria recently, Emmerdale's producer Laura Shaw commented: "I think it would be difficult for me to pretend that this isn't going to send David on his way.

"However, once it comes out – and I'm sure Leyla won't be happy either – will Jacob and Vic stay together, or will the pressure break them up?"
Meanwhile, Joe-Warren Plant – who plays Jacob – recently told Digital Spy: "We were told about this in a story meeting about three months ago now. It's a story that's been on the cards for a while. It's Emmerdale, isn't it? It was a bit of a surprise but we were more than happy to do the storyline. It's going to get people talking and that's what we do it for, so it's been good.
"It's been a pleasure to film – I get on well with Izzy [Hodgins, who plays Victoria] so it's been amazing, really. She's a lovely girl and it's been nice to do these scenes together."
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
