‘Saturday Night Live’ Jan Hooks Tribute [VIDEO]

Saturday Night Live paid a sweet and understated tribute to one of its own, Jan Hooks, who died on Thursday at 57. Hooks spent five seasons on the show between 1986 and 1991 (with continuing cameos for years afterward).

The tribute, introduced by alums Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig, features a wonderfully gentle and unusual clip featuring Phil Hartman, another SNL alum who died far too soon, is here:
