An estate agent has removed a house listed for sale covered in 'Pedos' graffiti

A semi-detached house for sale has been removed from Rightmove and Zoopla that had been advertised with photographs showing the front of the property plastered with graffiti saying 'Nonce' and 'Pedos'.

The house in the south Wales area was described as being a three-bed, one bathroom, one reception room freehold property on the market for £125,000 with an EPC rating of E.

The description on the listing details went on to say, "discover the allure of this delightful three-bedroom semi-detached property nestled in a popular and convenient location.

The listing initially included 14 photographs. The first 13 showed the interior and garden of the property in Heol Cadifor, Penlan, Swansea. The 14th showed the front of the semi-detached home which was covered in graffiti saying 'Nonce' and 'Pedos'.

That final photograph was was initially taken off the listing and the details remained online but people could still see the graffiti on the video tour that was still visible on the property portal sites. Now the whole listing has been removed from Rightmove and Zoopla.

It's thought the graffiti was in relation to the horrific crimes of Tommy Allington, a 25-year-old teaching assistant who filmed and photographed himself sexually abusing a baby. Allington, who gave the court the address of a different house in Heol Cadifor, was jailed for 24 years last year after admitting 17 horrific offences including child rape and sexual assault.

The house for sale is with estate agent Purplebricks who, when approached for comment, a spokesperson said: "We have removed this listing whilst we work with the vendor to investigate the next steps."
