Excitement is building for this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Swede and, just like they did last year, when the event came to Liverpool, there will plenty of chances to watch it all on BBC.

This year's host city will be Malmo, as Loreen snatched victory for Sweden in 2003 with her track Tattoo, 11 years on from her getting her first Eurovision win with Euphoria. And now 37 acts will be aiming to follow in her footsteps next week, when this year's evet begins with the two semi finals on May 7 and 9, before the finale on May 11.

As things stand, the odds are looking good for Croatian entry Baby Lasagna, Switzerland's Nemo and Italy's Angelina Mango, with all three of those well fancied, along with Netherlands, France and Ukraine. The odds aren't such good reading for UK act Olly Alexander, with the Years & Years star well down the betting, with his track Dizzy only 12th in the odds, at the time of writing.
