Evacuations Ordered as Wildfire Erupts in Northern California

Evacuation orders were issued for parts of Butte County in northern California, on Tuesday, July 2, as a vegetation fire burned in the region.

Footage posted to Instagram shows large smoke plumes near Oroville on Tuesday.
