This award recognises three critical Bradford industries - Health, Engineering, and Construction - who place importance on the learning and development of its people.

We are looking for entries from employers in these three industries only, that can demonstrate how training and development through either apprenticeships, third-party providers, or bespoke internal company learning has given their staff the skills they require to succeed.

Judges will be looking for evidence of how learning and training it’s used to develop its workforce.

A spokesperson for Bradford College said: “We’re delighted to be able to support Yorkshire’s leading business awards in Bradford.

"We work with over 500 business across the district and nationally to ensure workforce development delivers success and prosperity for all.

"The new awards this year recognise employers’ commitment to lifelong training and development.”
