F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 live stream: How can I watch race on TV in UK today?

The Las Vegas Grand Prix is finally upon us, with a high-profile race set to cap a controversial few days in Sin City.

Formula One's first return to these parts in some 41 years has brought no shortage of chaos and talking points, with a disastrous opening day seeing the first practice session abandoned after only nine minutes following damage to two cars caused by a loose drain cover.

The delayed FP2 then did not finish until 4am local time with fans having long since been asked to exit, while there was more head-scratching when Carlos Sainz was handed a massively contentious 10-place grid penalty as Ferrari scrambled to fix the damage to his car caused by the track fault.

Such a sanction denied Ferrari the chance to lock out the front row on the 3.8-mile, 17-turn street circuit that goes down the famous Las Vegas Strip and passes landmark hotels such as Caesars Palace, the Bellagio and the Venetian, with reigning F1 world champion Max Verstappen - who has continued to be an outspoken critic of the whole event - promoted to second place on the grid behind pole-sitter Charles Leclerc.
