Family searches for answers one year on as loved dad 'vanished without a trace'
Police are appealing to find a 'loved' dad one year after he disappeared from his family home in Warwickshire. Stefan Watkins left his home in Warwick on Saturday, May 6, 2023, the day of King Charles' Coronation, but never returned.
Stefan, known as Lee, left his partner, Jordana Marshall, and then three-year-old son, Aston. He has not been seen since last year and there have been no records of his movements, said Warwickshire Police.
He is described as white, around 6ft tall, with blue eyes and very short hair, said Warwickshire Police. Detectives said the now 48-year-old has connections to Hillfields in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Warwickshire Police have now passed the investigation into the disappearance of Stefan to the Major Crime Team. Detectives said they are pursuing all investigative opportunities, which include speaking to witnesses and trawling through CCTV.
Detective Sergeant Dan Halford, from Warwickshire Police, said: “Given the length of time that has passed since Stefan was reported missing, along with ourselves, his friends and family understandably really want to find him. We are again appealing for the public to help us if they think they have seen Stefan or know where he might be.
“Equally, if Stefan is safe and well, we would ask him to contact us urgently. We would encourage anyone who wants to provide information about Stefan to use the online portal.
“Alternatively you can also contact the force or get in touch anonymously via Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111. Any information, no matter how small, could prove crucial to finding him.”
