It's been a difficult year for the Royal Family so far. In February it was announced that King Charles had been diagnosed with cancer, with it being announced that the Princess of Wales had also been diagnosed with cancer in March.

However, despite these health struggles and the broader difficulties which have been faced, they were able to celebrate the King's Birthday today as a family. Following an announcement last night, where she shared a health update and confirmed her attendance at Trooping the Colour, Kate Middleton made her first public appearance in six months to celebrate the King's Birthday Parade.

Despite these trying times, there were still touching moments to be witnessed as the Royal Family made their annual appearance at the balcony at Buckingham Palace to wave at well-wishers assembled to watch the parade.

Amid the family's smiles, one individual stood out: Prince Louis. As has become customary, the six-year-old stole the show with his typically expressive mannerisms.

In a video quickly shared across social media, Prince Louis can be seen dancing along to the music in the parade - actions which appear to provoke a smile from his mother, the Princess of Wales, and a scolding from his sister Princess Charlotte.

Known to Royal Family fans for his bubbly personality, Prince Louis has made funny faces, waved at crowds, covered his ears to block out the noise of planes, and yawned throughout various official appearances over the years.

We're happy to see that Prince Louis is able to keep spirits high, even in troubling times.
