Fans React to Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy's Unconventional Sleeping Arrangement
Blue Bloods co-stars Donnie Wahlberg and Bridget Moynahan appeared on a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show and viewers got even more than they bargained for. Drew's line of questioning revealed a very unusual aspect of Donnie's relationship with his wife Jenny McCarthy.
Donnie and Jenny have been married since 2014, and with dueling schedules on opposite coasts, the couple got a little creative with their sleeping arrangements.
"Is it true about that FaceTime, that you guys sleep together on FaceTime?," Drew inquired.
"Yeah. I'm away most of the year working. She goes to LA and films The Masked Singer, I go to New York and film Blue Bloods, we live in Illinois. But, we now have the luxury of being able to sleep together when we're apart," Donnie explained. "So, whoever is going to sleep first just calls the other one. We spend the whole night together when we're not together."
"Not that we're insecure or we need to do this, we love to do it," the NKOTB star clarified.
"Oh, I get nothing but positive vibes from this. You're the first person making me think technology is a good thing," Drew replied.
Fans had their opinions on the matter and ran to the comments section of The Drew Barrymore Show short. "It's not insecure at all. They're not checking up on the other person. They want to spend time together, no matter how. And it also shows a true respect and working together to keep the romance and love alive. I love this so much," "How sweet, that actually seems so wholesome ❤️" and "They make such a great couple!❤️," supportive fans wrote.
While Donnie and Jenny's arrangement might be a little unconventional, so are their lives in the entertainment industry. It's clear that the Donnie and Jenny are still very much in love after a decade of marriage, so whatever they're doing must be working!
