Fans think Seann was "kept apart" from Neil and Katya on Strictly final

This year's eliminated Strictly Come Dancing contestants reunited for tonight's (December 15) final.

And while viewers seemed to enjoy seeing the celebrities in the crowd, they wondered if two people may deliberately have been kept apart.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past couple of months, you'll remember that Seann Walsh was photographed kissing his partner Katya Jones back in October.

The pair both released public apologies following their drunken smooch. Katya's husband – fellow professional Neil Jones – never addressed the kiss directly, but Seann's long-term girlfriend Rebecca Humphries publicly dumped him.

Despite Neil staying schtum, fans thought he had a "face like thunder" during the following live show. They reckoned he was "a lot perkier" after Seann's elimination, and even spotted a sweet moment between him and Katya a week later.

But Seann was back this evening – and the situation certainly got people talking.

Eagle-eyed tweeters noted that Neil and Katya tended to be absent when Seann was on screen. And when Seann and Neil were stood together, another dancer was wedged inbetween them.

Messages included: "I see they've put a dancer between Seann & Neil just in case," and: "Seann standing well away from Katya."

Let's hope things don't get too awkward at the wrap party, eh?
