Fashion retailer latest brand to open at booming Trentham Shopping Village

Fashion retailer Quba & Co is the latest high-end brand to open a store at booming Trentham Shopping Village. The British nautical heritage clothing chain has chosen Stoke-on-Trent for its first branch in the Midlands.

Founded in 1996 in the picturesque town of Salcombe, Devon, Quba & Co was born from a 'passion for sailing and the coastal lifestyle'. It sells an array of distinctive jackets and bags made from reclaimed canvas sailcloth, as well as a full range of womenswear and menswear.

Gareth Hine, senior asset manager at Trentham, said: “Quba & Co is a great addition to Trentham Shopping Village and provides our shoppers with even more choice in outdoor lifestyle clothing at fantastic prices.

"This latest opening now means that all of our retail village in-line units are now fully occupied, hosting a unique blend of independent and nationally renowned brands in over 80 timber lodges."

Quba & Co’s new store is open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4.30pm on Sunday.

The latest addition to Trentham Shopping Village comes as Italian restaurant Anasma is set to n the former Cafe Davide unit which has been empty for a number of months.

It will be run by the team behind Anasma Greek Bakery which already has a cafe within Trentham Shopping Village. It also has a bakery in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The new restaurant is due to open next month.
