Our favorite spring 2024 red-carpet fashions: Natalie Portman, Florence Pugh
Nothing says spring like fresh and floral ’fits, plucked straight from the red carpet. As April showers bring May flowers, we’re bringing you a round-up of rosy pinks, shimmering silvers and bright pastels — from some of your fave celebrities.
At the 2024 Virtuosos Awards, “Past Lives” actress Greta Lee is ravishing in rosy Alaïa. The viscose-nylon look and classic red lip lend themselves to Lee’s chic and sporty aesthetic.
“Night Swim” actress Kerry Condon, meanwhile. makes waves promoting her film in a frothy Louis Vuitton look. The Oscar-nominated actress (“The Banshees of Inisherin”) looks perfectly poised in the knee-length silhouette, complete with beachy waves.
Comedic queen and “White Lotus” star Aubrey Plaza has us in stitches with her pin-imitable custom Loewe number for the Emmys — a backless dress in pale yellow.
“Dune: Part Two” princess Florence Pugh shines like a star in petal-pink Rodarte at the Governors Awards. The “Oppenheimer” actress has had a busy year as part of two major blockbusters and as one of the foremost fashion icons on the red carpet.
Meanwhile, “May December” lead and Academy-Award-winning actress Natalie Portman brings her own garden to the 2024 Golden Globes in a custom Dior inspired by Impressionist paintings.
Danai Gurira, co-creator of “The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live,” is a ray of sunshine at the show’s LA premiere, wearing a fabulous Fendi look.
In another bespoke look from the French fashion house, Dior brand ambassador and “Wednesday” star Jenna Ortega dons a couture floral dress that took 700 hours to embroider. Ortega wore the look to the Emmys in January, where she was nominated for her portrayal of the most morose member of the Addams clan.
Finally, Julia Garner, of “Ozark” fame, is ever the Gucci goddess in plunging silver sequins at the Golden Globes.
