If like most of us, you've never been able to just swan in and get a table at Barrafina, this will be very welcome news.

As you might know, people queue for hours to get a spot at the infamously good tapas gaff. The reason is simple: they bizarrely have a no-reservations policy.

Thankfully, the bosses behind the place have finally decided to change the rules – a tad, anyway.

From March 2, Londoners will be able to book a table at the Adelaide Street branch for a running monthly Friday lunch. And get this: it's held in their swanky private dining room, too.

Dubbed Arroz Fridays, the special one-off menu has been designed with Spanish food nuts in mind. Expect to devour Arroz Meloso de Marisco, a fancy paella along with green salad, pan con tomate, padron peppers, as well as a choice of tea or coffee, wine or beer (obviously, you will choose one of the latter two).

At £35, it doesn't come cheap, but hey, at least you can finally say you've nabbed a seat at the coveted spot.
