Fire Burns 106 Acres at Colorado Military Base

A fire broke out at the Fort Carson Military base in Colorado on Thursday afternoon, March 28, and had burned at least 106 acres by Friday morning, local media reported.

Evacuations were carried out at a nearby elementary school that was out of session for spring break and at a child development center, Fort Carson officials said.
