Fire crews and ambulance race to 'persons reported' at Bulkington blaze

West Midlands Ambulance Service and fire crews from Nuneaton and Bedworth responded to the 999 call last night (April 16) -Credit:West Midlands Ambulance Service

Fire crews and an ambulance raced to a 999 'persons reported' call in Bulkington. Two engines from Nuneaton and the on-call crew from Bedworth as well as West Midlands Ambulance Service responded to the call in Bedworth Road, Bulkington last night (April 16).

Fortunately, when the firefighters arrived at the scene they found that all persons were accounted for. The fire was contained to a waste paper bin.

Medics from the ambulance service made precautionary checks at the scene.
