Firefighters Rescue Family From Basement During Idaho Flash Flooding

The Idaho Falls Fire Department saved a woman and her children after they became trapped in a basement when heavy rain caused flash flooding on Tuesday, May 23.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the area, encouraging people to avoid walking or driving through floodwater.
