Swapping her high school queen cheerleader mean-but-likable demeanour for a more pensive and troubled looked, Agron is to star in Clock, written and directed by Alexis Jacknow.

In Clock, Agron plays Ella, a woman who signs up for a clinical trial to kick-start her seemingly broken biological clock as pressure from her life, friends and the world around her continues to grow for her to have children.
Agron's onscreen husband is played by Jay Ali, from Daredevil, with The Bold Type's Melora Hardin as the doctor in charge of Ella's treatment.
