First 'Widespread Snow' of Season Arrives in NYC

New Yorkers woke to wintry scenes on Tuesday, February 28, after the first “widespread snow” of the season swept over the city, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

Footage here was shot around 80th Street in Manhattan.
