Flash Flooding Affects Myrtle Beach

Drought-relieving rain caused flash flooding in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on Friday, August 19, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

Roman Miller said he took this footage on 29th Ave on Friday morning.
