The 28-year-old singer confirmed on Twitter that she would be performing on the grand finale of Dancing With The Stars, airing on Tuesday (May 24).

She wrote: “BIG NEWS! I’ll be performing Sax on @DancingABC!!!!!!!!! SO, SO, SO EXCITED!!!”

There’s good reason behind Fleur being SO excited too, since the American dance competition regularly attracts audiences of over 12 million viewers, giving her the perfect platform to showcase her music.

Fleur will be taking to the stage along with some of the country’s favourite artists, including Fifth Harmony, Pitbull and Aloe Blacc.

The good news doesn’t stop there for the artist either, as according to Digital Spy, Fleur has managed to secure a deal with Sony Music’s Columbia Records to distribute her music across America, following chart success in Mexico, The Netherlands, Costa Rica and Eastern Europe.

Fleur’s jam-packed schedule also includes appearances on a number of other high-profile programmes across the Atlantic, including The Late Late Show with James Corden and The Today Show.

Fleur has proven herself to be the breakout star from 11th series of The X Factor, which was broadcast in 2014.

Despite finishing as runner-up to Ben Haenow, who has since been dropped by Simon Cowell, Fleur has experienced quite the success in the wake of her time on the show.

While her debut album Love, Sax and Flashbacks reached number 14 in December, the singer’s music video for ‘Sax’ has already topped 30 million views on YouTube.

All in a day’s work, eh Fleur?
