ALFREDO GARCIA, JR.: Jupiter and Venus in the sky. For those of us here in LA, if you step outside right now, at about 7:05 PM Pacific Standard Time, and look to the west, you will see two bright stars. One is the planet Venus, the brighter one. And the other one, the dimmer one, is the planet Jupiter.

And they're in what's called a conjunction right now, almost. That means they're about occupying the same space-- same location in space. And Venus is the one on the left, and Jupiter is the one on the right. And you can even see some of the moons of Jupiter. So pretty cool, and I hope you enjoyed that.
