Former Emmerdale star Gemma Atkinson supported as she shares major career move

Gemma Atkinson has been flooded with sweet support as she shared a new career announcement after teasing her fans last month.

The former Emmerdale took to her Instagram and shared a video, where she revealed that she has been working on her first-ever health and beauty range.

Confirming the exciting news, Gemma told her fans: "I'm currently in the process of launching my very own health and beauty brand called 'Lil' Gems'. I'm so excited I can finally share it with you all. It's something that I've been quietly working on for the past six months or so.

"I don't want to give too much away but we've got a lot planned at Lil' Gems. It's just dawned on me, it's something I've been passionate about for a while but turning 40 this year, having two kids and working, I relieased how little time a lot of us have for a beauty regime and when it comes to our health and wellness, it gets pushed to the bottom of the pile. because of life."

She added: "So with that in mind, I wanted to create products that will still make us feel great, look great, smell great and perform great so there's a lot coming. But I don't want to give too much away but I would love you guys to be part of the creative process. I would love your input..."

Alongside the post, she wrote: "Hey! Finally I can share with you my exciting news. I’m launching my very own health & beauty range! Something I’ve been quietly working on and been passionate about for a while now. I would love YOU to be a part of this incredible journey with me and to truly enjoy the products.

"They’re gonna be called 'Lil’ Gems' a range of simple but effective beauty products to help everyday busy women keep our skin & hair looking and feeling fresh. A range that’ll even be perfect post workout! If you’d like to get involved and know more about Lil' Gems please DM me your email, or click on the link in my bio to sign up. Im so excited to be on this journey and I hope you guys love it too! Lots of love."

The comment section was flooded with sweet support from fans. Gemma's fiance Gorka Marquez was among the first to share his reaction, he wrote: "Yay," alongside a number of clapping emojis and a red love heart.
