Arianators, it's a big week, as Ariana Grande is officially set to release her newest single 'Yes, and?' later this week on 12th January 2024. And with the announcement of her new single, surely this means a new album is going be on its way soon?

It's been nearly four years since Ariana last released an album, so you could say we are rather impatient for some new music. But before we get too hyped about AG7, here's your full guide to Ariana's extensive existing music catalogue so far, including her six studio albums.

How many albums does Ariana Grande have?

Ariana Grande has been releasing music for over a decade, since her debut album Yours Truly was released in 2013. Since then she's gone onto release five more studio albums: My Everything, Dangerous Woman, Sweetener, Thank U, Next and Positions.

But that's not all. As well as the six studio albums, Ariana has also released a live album K Bye For Now with recordings from the Sweetener tour and she also rereleased Yours Truly for its 10 anniversary in 2023. So that brings her total up to eight albums.

And then of course we can't forget the epic EPs. Christmas Kisses was released in December 2013 and Christmas & Chill, which was released in December 2015, and features six now iconic festive tracks.

Yours Truly - 2013

Yours Truly is Ariana's Grande debut studio album and was released on 30th August 2013. The songs on the album were recorded over an almost three-year period and began when Ariana was still acting on Nickelodeon's Victorious. The album has 12 songs and a runtime of 46 minutes and 23 seconds.

My Everything - 2014

My Everything is Ariana's second studio album, and was released nearly a year after her debut album on 22nd August 2014. At this point in her career Ariana had finished on Victorious and her spin-off series Sam and Cat alongside Jennette McCurdy was currently airing on Nickelodeon. My Everything has 12 songs and three deluxe tracks, and a run time of 50 minutes and 49 seconds with the deluxe tracks. One thing you may not have known about this album? Harry Styles is one of the writers on the song 'Just a Little Bit of Your Heart'.

Dangerous Woman - 2016

After two years away, Ariana Grande returned with her third studio album Dangerous Woman, which was released on 20th May 2016. The album has 17 songs and a run time of 1 hour and three minutes.

Sweetener - 2018

Sweetener is Ariana's fourth studio album and was released on 17th August 2018. It was the first album Ariana released following the terrorist attack at her concert in Manchester in May 2017. While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Ariana revealed the album's title was in reference to "bringing light to a situation, or to someone's life, or somebody else who brings light to your life, sweetening the situation." It was also written during the time of Ariana's relationship. with Pete Davidson, hence why there is one song in the album called 'Pete Davidson'. The album has 15 songs and a run time of 47 minutes and 31 seconds.

Thank U, Next - 2019

Thank U, Next is Ariana's fifth studio album and was released just six months after Sweetener on 8th February 2019. The album was written following the death of Ariana's ex-boyfriend Mac Miller and her breakup with Pete Davidson. The majority of Thank U, Next was written in one week and the recording of the album in two weeks. The album has 12 songs and a run time of 41 minutes and 10 seconds.

Positions - 2020

Ariana's sixth and most recent studio album Positions, was released in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic on 20th October 2020. With the deluxe tracks, the album has 19 songs and a run time of 51 minutes and 41 seconds.
