A series of road closures will be in place for Leicester City’s title winning parade. Drivers are being warned of potential disruption as a result of the city centre celebrations.

The parade takes place on Sunday, May 5 and will mark the Foxes’ Championship title win and promotion back to the Premier League. Leicester city centre will welcome in thousands of fans for an open-topped bus parade as the team celebrates its remarkable league win.

The bus procession and celebrations, which is being organised by Leicester City Council, will see a number of city centre streets shut off to allow the parade to take place. Warnings have now been issued ahead of Sunday’s celebrations.
