Game Of Thrones' Sophie Turner engaged to Joe Jonas

Joe Jonas took to social media last night to reveal that he is engaged to his Game Of Thrones’ girlfriend, Sophie Turner.

The singer popped the question after over a year together, with the pair always keeping their romance incredibly private.

Taking to his Instagram page, Joe shared a photo of his hand holding Sophie’s, which is adorned with a sparkling engagement ring, alongside the caption: “She said yes”.

Joe’s brother Nick Jonas tweeted his congratulations almost immediately, posting the photo to his Twitter account alongside the caption: “Ahh! Congratulations to my brother… and sister in law to be on your engagement.

“I love you both so much. @joejonas @SophieT”.

Kevin Jonas’ wife, Daniella, wrote on Instagram that she was “thrilled” to “finally” have a sister-in-law, with the trio’s dad Kevin Jonas Senior tweeting: “We are so thrilled that Sophie Turner said yes to our son Joe Jonas. Welcome to our family.”

Sophie posted the ring image on her own page alongside the caption: “I said yes.”

Nick and Joe were first spotted together at the MTV European Music Awards in Rotterdam last year, with the pair being caught kissing before Joe performed with his band DNCE.

Speaking at the time, a source told The Sun: “They were with Joe’s bandmates at the concert but they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

“He was getting very touchy-feely with her in the VIP bar before the show, then kissed her and had his arms wrapped around her while the band were on. Neither of them cared who saw.”

The pair have kept a low profile since and largely keep their relationship away from the spotlight.
