Game Of Thrones Star Michelle Fairley Joins The Cast Of 24: Live Another Day

We literally couldn't be more excited for the upcoming return of '24' as good old Jack Bauer returns to save the day as an international fugitive on the run in London and now Game Of Thrones star Michelle Fairley has been the latest name to join the star-studded cast, replacing Judy Davis on the Fox show.

She'll be joining leading man Kiefer Sutherland who's been residing in the UK for the past few weeks and filming kicked off in the capital earlier this year, while national hero Stephen Fry has also been confirmed to be joining the cast as fictional Prime Minister Trevor Davies in the 12-part series.

Fairley will now take over as Margot, the widow of a deadly terrorist after Australian star Judy had to drop out over personal reasons.

Long term '24' cast members Mary Lynn Rajskub and Kim Raver will be making their return on the forthcoming season which will run for just 12 episodes rather than it's usual 24, kicking off with a two hour premiere on May 5 in the US while it will air on Sky 1 in the UK at a later date.
