Gaza Protesters Heckle Attendees Outside White House Correspondents Dinner

Crowds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators heckled and confronted people arriving to attend the White House Correspondents Dinner in Washington on Saturday, April 27.

The protesters shouted “shame on you!” at people making their way towards the venue inside the Washington Hilton hotel on Connecticut Avenue.

A small group reenacted the torture and imprisonment of Palestinians, kneeling or lying on the road with their hands bound, clothes stripped off, and eyes blindfolded, and a large Palestinian flag was unfurled from an upper floor of the hotel, prompting cheers from the protesters below.
