Gemma Atkinson vows to 'keep going' after being left in tears watching Gorka Marquez

Gemma Atkinson has said she will "keep going" after being left in tears as she watches Gorka Marquez while on holiday after his 'hate' admission. Gemma, the ITV Emmerdale star and BBC Strictly Come Dancing alum, spoke out on Instagram.

Sharing a video of herself working out at home, Gemma said: "I keep going because I choose to make it part of my lifestyle." The mum-of-three, who is married to Strictly pro Gorka, added: "To stick at it, make it part of yours. It’s not a chore.

"It’s something you get to do to each day to become better than you were day before." In reply, a fan told her: "Where to start tho? How do you know what to do ? Xx" Emma said: "In a world full of Kardashians be an Atkinson! What a role model."

Mandy said: "Where did you get your "no bull" top from? You look incredible btw." Elatham said: "Wish I could be so motivated I have MS and struggle with all exercises I have put so much weight on. I don’t recognise myself anymore"

Charlene said: "I love to train but one of my flaws is I don’t stretch enough. Would you do a quick video of ur routine? U look amazing btw xz" Emily said: "Pelvic physiotherapy helps so many more things than just childbirth issues."

It comes after Gemma and Gorka headed to Spain, his native country, for Easter. In one Instagram clip, Gorka also confessed that his partner Gemma absolutely "hates" him for one traditional trait he has - tucking into Spanish ham at Christmas time.

"Gemma's vegetarian but at Christmas I still buy [ham] and put it all over the kitchen, and she hates me for that," he said. Every morning I'm there with my knife, chopping ham away and she's looking at me like... 'What is this?!"

But Gemma captured a poignant moment in which Gorka was seen playing with Mia, aged four. Sharing the video to her Instagram Story in view of her 1.9 million followers, Gemma typed: "He's such a proud dad."
