Gemma Collins has 'Dancing On Ice' rink 'blessed' by a shaman to cleanse it of 'bad energy'

Gemma Collins isn’t taking on more chances on the ice.

The Dancing On Ice contestant has brought out the big guns ahead of this weekend’s routine, employing a ‘shaman’ to sort out any bad vibes that might be lingering from her fall almost two weeks ago.

The Only Way Is Essex star took a nasty spill while performing on the show earlier this month, resulting in bruising and some physiotherapy sessions.

She was even snapped being pushed in a wheelchair by her boyfriend, fellow reality star James ‘Arg’ Argent.

So now she’s making sure that there will be no further accidents, with her shaman, Sue.

“I’ve brought a psychic into the ice today to cleanse the energy for my performance on Sunday,” she said in a video post on Instagram.

“There’s very bad energy in this corner and it’s affecting the performance.

“She’s brought all her stuff with her. We’re gonna banish out the bad energy for this Sunday.

“She is banishing away the negative energy since the trauma of my fall on the ice. She’s getting me at one with the ice. Go on darling!”

The show’s creative director Dan Whiston has noted that a number of other contestants on the show have experienced falls during training, adding to The Sun that it is ‘a sign of things to come’.

“Everyone was getting injured. She’s [Gemma] got black knees, they’re so bruised, she hurt her chest as well,” he said.

“People are pushing the boundaries so there are going to be these injuries.”

Melody Thornton also hurt herself last week, banging her chin and bruising her shoulder while out on the rink.

Collins will perform a routine to Destiny’s Child’s Survivor this weekend.
