Speaking to This Morning, the TOWIE star said: "All of a sudden the floodgates open. I'm in mid-air, like, am I dying? Am I pregnant, are the waters breaking?"

Collins said that the incident had happened in April and added: "I was so embarrassed, I've not even had kids yet. I started crying, I was like, my life's over." She added: "I truly thought I was going to have to have an operation. I was broken hearted, but now I'm just living my best life."

Collins said that she didn't want her incontinence to ruin holidays and days out, explaining: "I want to go on the jet skis and be that fun person that I am. But living with that fear on a daily basis really affected my confidence."

She added: "The amount of water that would come out...but I'm not going to say to the kids we've got to go home because I'm wet."

Collins shared that she had managed to control her incontinence by using pads and doing regular pelvic floor exercises.

She said: "My life has changed since then, I do everything now. I have almost reversed my incontinence by 95% by doing my pelvic floors.

"Literally, I was in Benidorm two days ago, I was laughing my head off, a little bit come out, but nothing like it would have been."

Host Dermot O'Leary asked her how many pelvic floor clenches she does a day and she replied: "I can do up to 100, hun. I love it, it's just part of daily life like brushing your teeth now. I'm doing them now. It's a great sensation."

As Alison Hammond asked whether she would go back to the trampoline park, she replied: "Absolutely I can't wait. I would put a pad just in for cleanliness, hygiene and just in case the floodgates opened again. But it wouldn't be on my mind because I do feel so much more confident and stronger down below."

This Morning airs on ITV1 at 10am on weekdays.
