General Election 2024: Where is my nearest polling station and when does it open?

Voters will be heading to the polls on Thursday (July 4) to vote in the first General Election since December 2019 when Boris Johnson's Tory Government held power. The deadline to register to vote has already passed and for those of you who are registered tomorrow is the day to have your say on who you want to represent you in Parliament.

For those of you voting in person polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm. You can only vote at the polling station where you are registered and the location of your polling station is written on your polling card.

If you have misplaced your polling card never fear as you actually don't need it to vote. However if you have forgotten where your polling station is then don't worry as each local council has published a list of all the polling stations in that constituency.
