Giant inflatable assault course near Glasgow with over 30 fun obstacles

An event coming to Motherwell is offering families across Glasgow the chance to bounce their way through what they say is the "world's biggest and most epic" 5K obstacle course.

UK Running events are hosting their Inflatable 5K Course at Strathclyde Country Park on August 24.

The team posted: "5k runs are boring? Take on the world's biggest inflatable obstacle course and you be the judge. Jump, bounce, slide and swing through the course.

"Pumping music zones, finisher's goodies and MORE!!! Book your Summer Special tickets today!"

Start times for the unique 5K will run from 9 am until 2.30 pm.

They added that it will be "bigger, bouncier and better" than ever before when it returns this August.

They said: "The excitement has been pumped up to the MAX, you'll be jumping, sliding, and laughing your way to the finish line like never before.
