The performance, which takes place on November 7, will see the influential UK and American hip-hop artists come together for a unique crossover show, with proceeds going to a yet-to-be-revealed charity.
O2 Priority Presale began today at 3pm, with general ticket sales becomeing available at 10am on Wednesday, November 1.
It’s not the first time that Giggs has thrown a special show for a charitable cause – the rapper took over the Roundhouse in Camden back in 2018, hosting a memorable evening in aid of the Sickle Cell Society and the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
The show will reunite Giggs and Diddy, who recently collaborated on single Mandem, released on August 4 this year, which marked 15 years since the release of Giggs’ debut album, Walk In Da Park.
Mandem formed part of Giggs’ latest 18-track project, Zero Tolerance, released in August, which features artists from both sides of the Atlantic, including Jadakiss, 21 Savage, Dave East, Popcaan, Potter Payper, and Tiny Boost.
Giggs is also set to take on his first headline show in the US, at The Bowery Ballroom in New York on December 6. Demand for the London rapper in the States has been huge, with his show selling out in under 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, Diddy continues to cement his legacy as one of hip-hop's greats. The rapper released his genre-defying fifth studio album, The Love Album: Off The Grid, back in September, which features music heavyweights including Summer Walker, The Weeknd, French Montana, 21 Savage, Justin Bieber, Mary J Blige, Teyana Taylor, Burna Boy, Babyface, John Legend, and H.E.R., in a 27-track fusion of hip-hop and R&B.
Diddy is one of the most influential rappers of all time, picking up three UK number ones, and five in the US, as well as three Grammy Awards through his career. He founded record label Bad Boy Records back in 1992, which has gone on to sell over 400 million records collectively worldwide, producing 38 platinum albums and more than 3 billion streams.
Giggs and Diddy’s charity show takes place at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on November 7
